I just moved over from Telus and I noticed that Koodo doesn't have an Online support chat instant messaging service. I have noticed people who have online access but can't use their phones and have to go through other means to call client support.
What about an Online IM chat support. It would be a lot more convenient for the client who can't use their phone or self serve to find out what's going on,. Instead they can use an IM chat window and chat with someone live online instead of emailing or trudging to the nearest available phone or waiting for someone to respond here assuming they still have internet access.
I know I've used the online chat support at Telus more then a couple of times and found it was very convenient.
