not receiving texts after phone number transfer

I switched to koodo yesterday and received an email today saying the transfer of my phone number is complete, but I no longer receive texts from people on other networks (aka rogers, bell, etc.)

Give Koodo a call (*611 on your koodo cell). There might have been an issue with the port

There may have been a problem with the port. The best bet would be to call Koodo and talk to technical support as they can walk you through a few things and check things on their end. Don't know if there is much people on here can do.
