Not able to use data

I just purchased a prepaid SIM card and added some boosters, among others I added 1 GB of data, to it. I paid using a top-up voucher. However, I am unable to go online with the phone even though my booster usage says that the booster is active. How can this be fixed?

You will need to get it unlocked, assuming it at least works with Koodo's frequencies.

are you able to make calls?
Yes, I can also send Textmessages, but for some reason, I am unable to access the internet.

If you can make calls, the phone does not need unlocking. You may need to change the APN values which control your data connection. Check Paul Deschamps's post below: http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/apn-numbers
Wow, thanks you two, I wouldn't have figured that out by myself. I didn't find anything on this issue on the Koodo site, maybe I didn't dig in deep enough. Now it works perfectly!
