Not able to create profile online for prepaid


I have a ticket that is not resolved.  Originally started this on August 11th.  I am not able to create an online profile to check the account balance for prepaid.  The last 'solution' was for Koodo to wipe the profile clean, and give me an assigned pin number.  I said 'So I should be able to login without issues'.  Yes was the answer.  The answer is no.  I've tried Facebook back in August for a resolution and email since then.  It still hasn't been resolved.   

What is necessary to fix this?
