No letter to pay bill


I Signed up with koodo about 5 weeks ago and i still haven't got a bill yet. Why havent i got a bill in the post yet?

Did you sign up with paperless? You can log into self serve and check your bill there. If you are not register for self serve yet, you can use this link http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/registering/how-do-i-register-for-self-serve You can do many thing through self serve like check your usage/ Bill, change your plan... etc.
