I have just activated my account. The messages and calls work but I have NO internet.

In the APN settings it show sp.telus.com and I CAN'T change it.
I read it's supposed to be sp.koodo.com.

See if the instructions in the link below let you change your APN settings for Blackberry.

https://www.koodomobile.com/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone
Thanks but it doesn't fix the problem:

For OS 10:
  • Go to Settings Network and Connections > Mobile Network. Tap the settings icon (dented wheel). The APN should be sp.koodo.com. It can't be edited manually.
You see: "It CAN'T be edited manually".

And I have sp.telus.com instead of sp.koodo.com

    That's the problem, I CAN'T change it.

  • Go to Settings >...Sounds like you have to call Koodo tech support to see what they can do. Is the phone still locked to Telus? Even though a Telus phone works with Koodo maybe it has to be unlocked for it to follow the Koodo sims APN. What a pain that you cant modify them yourself.

  • Go to Settings >...The phone is unlocked and I was using it with Videotron, I've never been with Telus. I think I have to call the support, yes, thanks.

  • Go to Settings >...I emailed the support. I was preparing to do the hard reset and it worked before. I don't know if Koodo made something for the provisioning but the APN now is: sp.koodo.com.

    Thank you for your time.
