My phone displays "No Service" and "Emergency Calls Only". I tried to log on to my account, but the website states there is no account on record with my name, email, or phone number. I need my phone, and now my purchase price plus a recent $35 top-up seem to be wasted. Very unhappy.

Your best bet is to call into Koodo. The online account will only appear if you previously registered for one. You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337, or *611 from your mobile phone. Hours of Operation Monday – Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm

First thing you want to try is to remove your battery. It often resets the phone to work.
