Koodo phone that I used previously without error. Now, I am trying to activate a new Koodo SIM card. I am allowed to select my number and enter all my info including my CC. Everything is going fine until I have to press "Activate my phone" - it says please wait while its processing. So I wait and wait... then it says that Activation Failed. I have tried with different CC incase that was the issue. Every time I press Activate my phone I get that message and it saying to call to activate it. I call and the line is closed. I already paid Koodo the money why can't I use my phone and sim card??
ALSO!!! I can not log into the account i just created, says it doesnt exist. So I tried again, enetered my SIM and it wont let me! So I can't use my phone, I can't log into my account, I can't use the brand new SIM card I paid for............... How can this be fixed?? Please Help
