You can try to turn on airplane mode and turn it back off. Try to reset your network settings and restart your phone.
If none of those methods work, you will need to contact a Koodo rep. You can download an app that can make or receive calls, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback to that number. You can also send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
