Good afternoon! Can someone from Koodo please contact me via email regarding the SIM card not working on my phone? It worked for like 2 to 3 hours and then stopped working.
I’ve tried to get help from facebook page, I tried calling and I keep getting hangups. So someone please email me at: email@example.com

They don’t provide support over email, unfortunately.
As you mentioned the issue here https://community.koodomobile.com/self-serve-66723/sim-card-not-working-7798569?postid=19857955#post19857955 The SIM was unrecognized (If you saw the text “No SIM” on top of the phone screen). If so and you are a prepaid customer, I would suggest you get another SIM from a retail and switch SIM in Koodo prepaid https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/
