need help with my plan booster

I tryed to load my plan on my cell but it just add it to my minutes account and i didn't want that. Please help

Hey John. Accounts can't be accessed from here. You'll have to call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone and explain your situation to a rep who will assist you in resolving your issue. You will NOT be charged the $5 fee for the call.
