my top up voucher is not working its been over 12 hours?!

I paid for the voucher 6pm yesterday and it's now 12 and it's still not accepting it. I need my account active right away I can't use messages or calls.

Have you a credit card? You could do a top up through 611, and deal with the voucher later.

I don't like using credit card threw stuff cause I'm iffy like that that's why I always get vouchers but this one's stubborn

When you say “not accepting it”, what message are you getting?

"we can not process .."something "retry your pin
