My prepaid account shows expired but I have enough credits (money) to pay the bill. It is due today.

I have a prepaid phone and this is my first bill payment of $15.00. I had a $5.00 credit when I purchased my phone and then recently added $25.00 to ensure I had enough to pay my first bill. However, today it is showing expired. Today is the due date.

I'm not sure exactly how prepaid works as I'm on postpaid but is there an option to auto renew your base plan that you have to check off if you don't want to have to do it manually? If there is then check it off and manually renew this time. (I could be way off and if I am I apologize ;-))

Hi James, as Paul said, if you have enough funds in your prepaid account, it should indeed automatically renew. However, I had the same issue as yourself once, it didn't renew my baseplan while I too had enough funds. I had to call Koodo (*611) and they reset my account manually, after that I never had troubles again.
Thanks for the info. I checked my account a couple of hours ago and it now looks ok. This was my first renewal and I was not sure if I understood the system. Works great and love Koodo. Again many thanks.
