My plan is $15 prepaid and its no service after topping up? I turned on and off the phone, put out and back the sim but still not working


My base plan is $15 prepaid and its no service after topping up? Eventhough I turned on and off the phone, put out the sim card and put it back but still not working

Sometimes it takes the system a little bit after top up to take the money for your plan. Has this happened yet?
No it has been over 1 hour and its still no service. What should I do?

Did you top up before or after the expiration of your past base plan? Take a look in self serve, if you let the base plan expire before topping up you must re-select your base plan to get your service resumed
It says my new renewal plan is next month, i checked on my koodo profile its active now, but the service in my phone is still not connected
