Try resetting your network connections in your phone and restart.

Hi Marshall,
Are you on a postpaid plan?. So you gave someone your phone or your phone was stolen?

If a restart as suggested by Mats didn't work then you need to reset the network settings.

Hi Marshall,

Which phone do you have?

Power off the phone. Remove and re-install the Koodo SIM. Power on the phone and wait for it to fully boot up. In some cases, this will reset the phone to factory default, but it should find the Koodo network.

If the phone cannot find the Koodo network, go to: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators - select 'Search for networks' to see if Koodo appears in the list. (Note: the path to these settings may differ slightly depending on which phone you have). Select Koodo if it appears in the list. You will see a brief message indicating the phone is registered on the network.

If you're able to register the phone on the network, you should be able to call, text and use your 2 GB of data. If your phone is lost or stolen, login to your prepaid self serve account. Click on the Phone Services tab, click on the Lost/Stolen phone tab - then click the 'Suspend Service' button.
