My phone is telling me that there is no mobile network


I just set up my new phone online and it said it was successful...I can log onto your website, etc. but the phone is telling me that there is no mobile network 😞 PLEASE HELP

Sounds like a SIM card malfunction call into koodo.

Hey J.E. Try to remove and reinsert your battery (if applicable) as well as the sim card. It refreshes the phone system. If no change, you can call a tech by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option #6) from a landline in order to have your phone available for a complete troubleshooting.
