my daughter’s prepaid phone is broken.

My daughter used prepaid phone service of koodo , but her phone is broken. 

In addition, i forgot her email account and password of self- serve.

i don’t want to pay anymore because we cannot use the phone.

Last month payment is paid already.

So, i want to stop prepaid service paid of automatic payment . And, could you let me know daughter’s email account and password that we forgot.

Call them from any phone at 1-866-995-6636. Customer service reps do not monitor this forum on a regular basis.

You can use another phone (Koodo or third party unlocked) and insert the existing SIM to maintain your current service and use up any credits you may currently have.
