My automatic reactivation isn't working


My account isn't reactivating even though I currently have $41 dollars and it's a $15 base plan. Tried adding a talk booster as well and won't allow this either. It's a massive issue given I had calls to make this evening and a suspended plan. I've been trying to call koodo but with a suspended prepaid plan it just tells me to top up on line, add another $15 and nothing happens. Not impressed to say the least. How do you fix this?

it is nighttime in Canada (agents on phone might not be available also). I think you could try to send a facebook message to them and they might get back to you earlier.
