My account is already activated but when i use the sim still no service...why? And no email for verification

My cp is iphone5 its unlock i already used it in my country in the Philippines and here in Canada
Could you please provide more information on where it was activated and the exact msg you are receiving.  Are you asking about the email verification for the activation of the new sim card? 
Hello sir i already activate my sim card and also get my email verification...my problem is still no service when i inserted my sim card in my phone
