Mobile Data Not Working...


Hi. Last month I paid for 1G of data and for some reason my data doesn't work. Very frustrating paying data and unable to use it.

Did you renew your base plan on time? If you let your base plan expire, then your boosters expire too. If you renewed on time and think its still an error, call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone.
