Minutes Usage Error...


In viewing my usage I noticed that there's double minutes I've been charged with that I haven't used.

If that's the case you will have to give koodo a call (*611 on your koodo cell) as this is a public forum and no one can see your account or know who you are
Thanks.. Though I see they charge for calls to Customer Service. I'm a new subciber. I never heard of this before in C.S. and to be honest I'm not impressed by different things on discovery with this provider.

Calling customer service is free. They only charge when you request them to make a change that you can do yourself via self serve
