Migrating from Prepaid to Monthly plans

Userlevel 2
Hi! I think a great idea to promote people migrating from prepaid plans to monthly plans would be to give them a credit for any unused boosters. For example I recently paid $10 for a 100 minute talk booster, which I have never used, and I am now going to a monthly plan. Thanks.

Very good point! I have already talked to folks managing this and they are looking into what changes (mostly backend systems) would have to be done to make this happen. Thanks for the idea!

This has been brought up before and its great to hear koodo is actually looking into implementation possibilities of this 🙂

It's a good idea. Because of loyalty. Still, I feel koodo prepaid is a different line of business and they do not want to mix things up. However, tenure should be taken into consideration. Some people get prepaid because they do not pass the criteria to get a month to month plan. Koodo should create a outbound campaign with amazing deals for pre-paid customer that wish to join month to month. There is a lot to look into! Amazing idea
May I ask why you are considering switching to monthly? Is it because you are using too much data?

After a certain amount of usage (which isn't much), you get more bang for your buck on prepaid. That's what usually happens

He said he did not use a voice booster; is he using the phone much? Regarding the usage, make a spreadsheet using the largest addons from Koodo. If you look at the big 3 + Virgin, it doesn't take much. Koodo's is different. I have look at plans more than you think.
