Message falsely telling me I don't have the funds to renew my base plan.

I have the exact amount of money needed to renew my base plan in my account, but I get a message saying that I don't have enough money. Why is that? This has happened a couple of times now. I have usually simply topped up my account beforehand, but I don't understand why I get this message,

Hi Marine, I had this too once, I called Koodo (*611) and they sorted my plan for me. I do believe it's some sort of bug... as long as there is $15 in your account, it should indeed auto renew 🙂 My account was all right ever since, hopefully they can sort it for you as well!
