Yes. You are correct. But call and report the phone lost and stolen so no-one else can use it. Then hop, skip and jump into a store and they can get you set up with a new one and tell your options.
Thank you

No problem. It's why we're here. Take a look at the post paid stuff. If that's an option for you, I'd highly recommend it...

Not Jeff, I've been looking at the availabe postpaid plans for the past 5-6 minutes.  Do I fail to see something?  What is there in them that you'd highly recommend for someone coming off prepaid?  Honestly, I fail to see how Blake would benefit from paying a much higher monthly amount.

The advantage is getting a Tab phone for $0 down like a Lumia 635 or Moto G, Canada-wide calling by default (and evenings/weekends too), and better data plans for heavy users. Prepaid wouldn't work for someone who either talks a lot, calls a lot of LD, or uses a lot of data.

Jonathan, Blake was a prepaid user, most likely her usage matched that. If so, then she wouldn't benefit from the monthly plans unless her usage went way up. As for the Tab, it simply is another name for debt. Having outstanding debt anywhere is never a good idea except for tuition and housing.
