Hello, I am trying to transfer my number to my new Public Mobile account. According to a Public Mobile rep, I need to contact Koodo and ask them to leave a note on my account with the confirmation that I want to complete the port.
I have tried requesting a callback through Koodo Assist, but the resulting call instantly goes to my voicemail and following the voicemail instructions (pressing 1 to talk to a service rep) doesn’t do anything. Is there an alternate way of contacting Koodo and transferring my number?

Make sure you didn't block Kudo's number, therefore making it impossible for them to join you.
