Login help


I was in a rush when I set up my prepaid account and just used random info. Does this mean I can't log in? Is there any way for me to verify that it is my phone and change the login?

Hi there, If you can't access the account, I'd recommend calling customer service and have them reset your self serve account. Also be sure to give them correct log in credentials for your account as opposed to using fake information. Simply dial *611 from your Koodo phone and press 0 a few times to speak with a rep. Hope that helps
