Give it an hour and try again. So you tried with your email address twice and then you got blocked after the second attempt? Sorry it's a little confusing to me how you worded it.

What was the exact message? I might be wrong and you might have to contact customer support to get your account reset at this point. If so, either send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or do via Twitter or call first thing 9am tomorrow to avoid longer wait times to get verified and your account reset. Expect to wait to get a response until tomorroworning if you send a message.
