Locked out

I have been locked out and I'm trying to change my plan, I'm on a pay as you go system, how can I be unlocked?

I've been locked out of the site that allows users to change their plans.....sorry I'm new at all of this and it's confusing.

You can call Koodo *611 from your Koodo phone and tell them you are having a difficulty to login your self serve. They will fix it for you. If you change your base plan middle of the cycle, your base plan cycle will reset on the day you change.
