Hi Pat, which account are you locked out of your Koodo self serve? If so give it the stated amount of time and then try again! This is for security purposes when too many incorrect attempts are made to login.
I've tried that. still nothing it says wrong password and when I say forgot password it's say I'm locked out contact customer service.
Yes it is prepaid self serve.

Try deleting your browsers History cookies and cache and then attempt to access self serve again. If it still doesn't work I'd contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.
