Customer can pay a small additional fee each month in order to replace their device in case it gets lost or broken.

Hi Johnny! Cool idea. Thanks for submitting it here in the community! Just wanted to let you know that we've taken a look at this and have started the Koodo Extended Warranty. The option for new phone purchases allows you to get your phone replaced if for whatever reason it stops working or is accidentally damaged. You can look at the plan details here. Hope this help!
