Late topping up

I was late topping up and after having more than enough money in my account it says my base plan expired. I have been late before and it never did this. I emailed koodo and i have to wait but i am too impatient. Can someone tell me what to do?

You have to have a base plan. You could have money on your prepaid account, say for minutes or data but without a base plan you can't use it. Base plans need to be bought every month.

Call customer service at 1-866-995-6636 and tell them you have enough money in your account now. They will help you to reconnect your service. "... I have been late before and it never did this...." Maybe they gave you "one time forgiveness" before. but if you didn't renew/top up your account on time they may,can,will cut you off .

I've had this bug too, Alexandria. As Mayumi said you can call Koodo and they will renew it for you manually. Dialing 611 will work too 🙂
