I'd like to make an official complaint. I've been with Koodo now for nearly a year, and the last week or so my phone has not been able to make or receive phone calls.
Im fully topped up and have minutes, I'm able to send texts but no calls.
I cannot call to complain, I'm very disappointed as I already emailed Koodo twice about it, with no reply!
Im currently job searching and had an interviewee complain I was uncontactable, it's crucial my phone is up and running and am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
I anyone else having trouble at the moment with signal, network or making calls?
