) While Koodo did not authorize this leak, the MM's were allowed by Koodo to discuss it and even confirm it.(http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/good_news_everyone_thanks_koodo_for_paving_the_way_yet_again
) My suggestion is to create a section on the website where current customers could learn about upcoming changes to Koodo and after a change has been implemented, obtain information needed to take advantage of the change. I know there is a section on the E-Bill and regular bill to share important (usually billing related) upcoming changes with customers but Koodo seems to be all about options. From what I have seen Koodo implements new policies based upon community suggestions as long as they are reasonable ideas, well liked, and make financial sense. So what do you think about having a button somewhere on the Koodo site that would allow for customers to view upcoming changes, or view recently changed policies.Thus possibly alerting them to options they would not know about otherwise but would want to take advantage of?
