Idea for koodo, from a loyal client


Koodo should help their loyal customer who sees a better plan for a lower price from a competitor. Because otherwise they might loose good clients. They should also upgrade the koodo tab to 200 koodo$. some1 agree?

I think Rever is talking about raising the cap to 200, so it would be 200 Positive / 200 Negative, to a total of $400. Of course matching prices to competitors is a good idea, but it depends on which companies however. If you want Koodo to match prices with companies like WIND, that's impossible because WIND's plans are extremely cheap but their coverage is absolutely horrid. Maybe it would of been nice to drop the price of the $60 promotional plan to $57 like how Fido and Virgin did. (But now it doesn't matter since the promotional plans will be gone tomorrow)

yes, that's right for the 200 positive and 200 negative, and for the matching price, i talk about fido,bell,videotron, virgin mobile, rogers... other big companies...
like virgin mobile for 25$ is better than the new koodo offer for 30$ with data

I don't see that plan on Virgin Mobile's site.... Is that only available for certain provinces?
