I topped up my account. And then it got token out of my account again

Hi Selenah, if your baseplan is up for renewal, (baseplans renew every thirty days), the system will immediately apply funds to your baseplan so that your account remains active. If you apply additional funds, the funds are saved in your self serve prepaid account and you should see a positive balance on the Overview page. You can continue to 'top up' and either bank the positive balance and apply the funds toward your next baseplan renewal, or use the funds now for talk and data boosters.
