I purchase a prepaid plan but sending textes messages doesnt work

We need more information, Roxanne... is your account active? When did you activate it? Did you port in your number (sometimes it takes a little while after porting before texting works)... If you are more comfortable writing in French, we have a French community or just reply here in French and you will be helped in that language 🙂
