I need help connecting to the network. My phone is still searching two days after activating my account on line

Just to add I have an iPhone 6 and tried turning phone on and off (several times since yesterday), airplane mode is off, I took SIM card out and replaced it just in case and still getting searching in the top left hand corner.

The phone is a Koodo phone, or unlocked if from another carrier?

It is possible you have a bad SIM. Can you return to a Koodo shop and have it and your phone checked?

Hi yes it's an unlocked phone but I travel and use this phone all the time so I know it's not the phone. I see under carrier it says Koodo and same under data so it's confusing as to why I can't connect to the network

Hi whyda, try going into your settings and resetting the networks settings. Reset your Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
