I just bought a new prepaid koodo phone' I activated it but it wont send any texts. What's going on?

Hi Lauren, Did you by any chance port in your number from another provider? I did that too, and it took a while for my texts to start working... I could already make calls and use the Internet. Is that the case with you too?

Can you receive text messages, calls, what kind of phone is it?
