I didn't switch to prepaid.


Hey there, I got an email from Koodo today saying welcome to prepaid. Wondering why I recieved this when I haven't changed anything in my plan. I tried calling your toll free number a couple times but it wasn't going through.

Lots a posts on it. Koodo sent out a ops email to lots. Me included! Weh! LOL
