I cannot sign in


I am a new here and I just purchased koodo prepaid. I want to register my c/c number to get 100min but I cannot sign in to self service account for prepaid customer. 
It said we're sorry we are updating our service but it's been already a week or so. How long does it take??? Is it possible to register my card info at the koodo shop????

Self-serve is working fine and has been since last week. Are you using this link ?https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/?INTCMP=KMNew_NavMenu_SelfServe_PrepaidCustomers

Also, make sure you're using a recommended browser. Best viewed on Internet Explorer 8 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox 3 and above[b]
