I can't use my internet!


I bought internet with 1G but I still have 300MB to use. But I can't use my internet. I already paid my plan this month. Why can't I use my internet?

Hey Andressa! Did you try to remove/reinsert the battery (if possible) and the sim card? If no change you can give our techs a call by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option 6) from a landline in order to have your phone available for complete troubleshooting. ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
