I can't see booster usage


Its been almost a month now, dont u guys think its time to fix it ?

Hi there Samuel... What exactly do you see? Do you receive the text messages when you are close to run out of megabytes? You can also try *611 to check your usage, it is a free call...

If you're trying to vieuw your Booster Data usage or Talk Usage data booster should show this info on your selfserve name,limit, Used, Remaining,start/end

Oops, I now see you have your own thread as well! As I said in the other one, you will need to call Koodo... It's the only way to fix this.

I spoke too soon, Samuel... as off today, the problem is back for me. I shall let Koodo know the fix became "unfixed" 🙂
Here is what it said : Generic Error Oh no! It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic. Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page. By the way, this "error message" is really disturbing, saying please don't panic when this thing haven't worked in WEEK is clearly laughing at the customer face... Still thank you for the fast response, also when i call Kodoo the automated message is threatening me to charge me 5$ for my call. Is this some kind of a joke ?

The Koodo prepaid team has been able to reproduce the problem, and they are working on it 🙂

Ok good, I need to know how much I have left. Did they give you a time frame when it may be fixed?

I'm afraid not, Beth, but as soon as I hear anything, I'll make sure to post it here 🙂 In the meantime, you can check your using by calling *611.
