I bought my line today and the signal went off I wonder if anyone can help me with this


I have a prepaid simcard I bought it today and it was working and then suddenly it went off

Hi there Mohamed, Have you tried to do a power cycle on the phone? Turn it off, remove battery, turn it back on.
ya I did that and it did not work

Hi Mohamed, can you check in the Network Settings if your phone somehow switched to 2G? That could explain why it doesn't work. If your phone is still on 3G/4G, give us a call at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline, #6 and we'll have a look into it.
