i am set up on pre payment plan but my payment has yet to be deducted and my payment was due yesterday

Hi Keith, It may take a few days to show up. If you are in doubt, call Koodo (*611) and they'll be able to tell you if it's all set up properly 🙂

Hey Keith, Just a quick clarification. There's a delay of 1 full billing cycle before the preauthorized payments comes into effect, so in the meantime, you have to make the first payment yourself.
