I am a Koodo prepaid costumer


and I went a couple months without having time on my phone, I bought a prepaid card for it but when I tried to call to put it on it said network not available, and my number is no longer valid, does this mean i have to call and get my phone set back up?

After 90 days, your account is kaput, unfortunately.

You may have to buy a new SIM ($20) and start all over again. But then the $20 will be credited to you since it's a "new" activation. Your prepaid card will work on your "new" account.
