I Added $15 without selecting to change my plan when it was at $25


I had a $25 plan selected when I added the $15, and it just gobbled up the money.

Its not in my balance and I updated it multiple times to no success.

I want to break my arms

Yes. It did not go into my balance nor did it change my plan to the fifteen one like I wanted. It literally disappeared, but the code does not work to use again

Sounds like you wanted a $15 baseplan plus a $10 talk booster.

Since you selected the $25 baseplan, the system is waiting for the remaining $10 to be applied. In order to talk/use the phone, a talk booster is also needed if you intend on keeping the $25 baseplan. There should be a credit of $15 when you login to the prepaid self serve site. However, the funds cannot be applied to the $15 baseplan because you selected a $25 baseplan.

You can try calling Koodo in the morning (611) and politely explain that you made a mistake. They may be able to correct the problem and get you on the baseplan you wanted originally. No guarantees though. Keep us posted.
