How to transfer credit balance to new account?


I recently switched from a post-paid plan to a pre-paid plan. My cell phone number got switched over, but not my credit balance on my post-paid plan did not. What is the best way of retrieving or transferring this positive balance on my old account?

Call *611 from your Koodo phone and speak with a rep. They'll either a) send you cheque in the amount of the credit balance or b) put the value onto your prepaid account.

Unfortunately the Postpaid and prepaid systems run independently of each other If it is a Tab credit then it is gone. If it is a billing credit then a cheque will be mailed to you (you may have to call in to request it).

Yes. Your monthly account will be cancelled when you switched it to prepaid.
