how do I transfer my pre-paid acount info from a standard sim 2 a micro.

I would like to upgrade my pre-paid phone without losing my existing number and plan. My problem is that my old phone takes a regular size sim card and the new one takes a micro one.

Hi Blair, It's really very easy, just buy a prepaid Micro SIM ($20 from Koodo, though you might be able to find it cheaper on eBay). Then all you need to do is activate the new SIM card in Prepaid self service, and your number and plan are transferred to the new SIM. Easy as can be 😃
