how do I re-active my existing plan and phone number, which was put on hold Nov. 2014?

Log into self serve and pick a new plan.
what i have one phone active and do not want to change that, want to activate second number which is on hold.

What is your situation?  You have 2 lines under 1 account or 2 separate accounts?
Postpaid or prepaid?...etc.

Two lines one account. Monthly payment plan. One line still active.
