How do I activate the extra minutes purchased with the Sim Card?


I activated the SIM Card but the 500 minutes we purchase is not showing. Is there something that we need to do to get them on there?

Hi Claudette,

When you activated the new SIM Card, did you transfer your account over to it, or did you set it up as a new account? Either way, contact Koodo using *611 from the mobile phone or using 1 (866) 995-6636 from a non-Koodo phone.
